Dear delegates, presidents and chairs of I’MUN 21,
This years I’MUN training team, consisting of Dana Al-Fayez, Aoun Shehadeh and Perla Imseeh, aims to help all students taking part in the conference. The team has prepared delegate, chair, and court guides to introduce students to the basics of an I’MUN conference, explain how to prepare for the conference, introduce MUN terminology, explain the flow of debate, describe the requirements of a delegate/chair/president in a committee, etc. The training team will also be training I’MUN chairs and delegates prior to the conference for preparation. During training, we will be explaining everything you need to know for the conference, helping you in writing your opening speeches, clauses and resolutions, and creating mock debates. The training team will support all students taking part in I’MUN 21 that may become future chairs, presidents, secretary generals and trainers.
